​Advisory & Consulting Nature of Services
At this time, Frontier West provides consulting, planning, feasibility, and advisory services related to rural property, homesteading, agriculture, land development, and resource systems.
Frontier West does not currently provide professional engineering services, engineering design, technical sizing, calculations, stamped documents, or engineering opinions.
All consultations and advisory discussions are preliminary in nature and limited to planning-level and conceptual guidance intended to assist clients in understanding general property conditions, development considerations, and potential next steps.
Any work requiring engineering analysis, design, calculations, or technical determinations must be performed under a separate formal engagement by a properly registered engineering firm and licensed engineer.

Frontier West provides professional engineering services only after proper firm registration and only within jurisdictions where its engineers are fully licensed and authorized to practice.
Professional engineering services are limited to Frontier West’s specialized practice areas and are provided only under a separate written agreement defining scope, responsibilities, and limitations.
Frontier West does not provide professional engineering services unless and until all firm registration, licensure, and regulatory requirements are satisfied.​
Licensure & Jurisdiction
Frontier West provides services only in accordance with applicable licensing laws and regulations. Consulting and advisory services may be provided in multiple jurisdictions where permitted by law.
Professional engineering services will be offered only in jurisdictions where Frontier West is properly registered as an engineering firm and where its engineers hold active licenses.
No Warranty or Guarantee
While Frontier West strives to provide accurate and practical guidance, all information is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Property conditions, regulations, and technical requirements vary by location and may change over time.
Frontier West makes no guarantees regarding project feasibility, regulatory approvals, construction outcomes, costs, timelines, or performance.
