Initial Consultations

All initial consultations with Frontier West are provided at no cost and are intended as introductory planning and discovery sessions. These meetings are designed to understand your property, goals, and current stage of planning before recommending any next steps or services.

Preparation & Information

To make the most of your consultation, please provide accurate and complete information when booking. Any available surveys, listings, maps, or reports are helpful but not required.

Scheduling & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time to other clients.

Missed appointments or repeated late cancellations may limit future booking availability.

Scope of Consultation

Initial consultations are advisory in nature and do not constitute formal engineering, surveying, or design services. Any technical studies, site work, or formal deliverables will be discussed separately after the consultation.

Service Area

Frontier West primarily serves rural and agricultural properties across Texas. Out-of-area consultations may be limited based on availability and project type.
